I am a Gastroenterology and Hepatology Specialist in Burlingame, California. I graduated from the University of California Davis with a Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences and went on to earn my Medical Doctorate from Saint Louis University School of Medicine. I completed my internal medicine internship and residency at the University of California Davis Medical Center. After my internal medicine training, I completed a three-year gastroenterology fellowship at University of California Davis Medical Center.

I am experienced in the treatment of all problems of the digestive tract (esophagus, stomach, small intestines, and colon), the pancreas, the liver, and biliary tract.

Through my medical training, I have had the opportunity to learn from my experienced mentors, colleagues, and most important of all, my patients. My patients have taught me that the process of making an accurate diagnosis starts with an office evaluation. I take the time to listen to my patients and obtain a careful and detailed history. I believe that investing more time with my patients will allow me to address their needs in the most timely manner possible, thus minimizing expensive and unnecessary tests.

I was born and raised in San Francisco. I am very close to my family and friends, who are all still local. I enjoy traveling and love to eat. I am a big believer of physical fitness and spiritual wellness. I am excited to work closely with our community.

Patient Care is my # 1 priority. Please contact me today and find out how I can help you with your digestive health.

Warm Regards,

Anne Thai, MD
